Zero Tolerance Policy
Gen-Z Social has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit any content or behavior involving minors.
Our Commitment
Protecting children is a top priority. We are committed to:
- Preventing minors from using our platform.
- Removing any content involving children.
- Reporting violations to authorities.
- Cooperating with law enforcement.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any sexual content involving minors.
- Grooming: Attempting to build a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion: Coercing minors to create sexual content.
- Underage Users: Anyone under 18 using our platform.
Any violation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
Age Verification
- Users must confirm they are 18+ during registration.
- We review profiles for signs of underage users.
- We may request photo verification.
- Accounts suspected to be underage are removed immediately.
Content Review
- We review reported content and profiles.
- We remove any content involving minors.
- We preserve evidence for law enforcement when necessary.
How to Report
If you see anything concerning:
- Use the "Report" button in the app.
- Email safety@genzsocial.in
- Include details and screenshots.
We review all reports promptly.
Reporting to Authorities
When we find CSAM or child exploitation:
- We remove the content immediately.
- We suspend the responsible account.
- We report to appropriate authorities.
- We cooperate fully with investigations.
