- Scam or defraud other users.

- Engage in illegal activities.
- Share content that violates others' rights.
4. Content
- You own the content you post, but you give us permission to display it on our platform.
- We may remove content that violates our guidelines.
- Do not post content you don't have the right to share.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- We offer optional premium subscriptions.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
- Payments are processed through Google Play.
- Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
6. Safety & Enforcement
- We review reports of violations and take appropriate action.
- We may suspend or ban accounts that violate our rules.
- We cooperate with law enforcement when required.
7. Termination
- You can delete your account at any time.
- We may terminate accounts that violate our rules.
- Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately.
8. Disclaimers
- Gen-Z Social is provided "as is" without warranties.
- We do not guarantee matches or successful connections.
- We are not responsible for user behavior or interactions.
- Use the app at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gen-Z Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
