We're sorry to see you go
Option 1: Delete in the App
- Open Gen-Z Social
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Delete by Email
If you can't access the app, email us:
Include:
- Your registered email address
- Subject: "Delete My Account"
- A brief confirmation message
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile and photos
- Your matches and messages
- Your account settings
What May Be Kept
- Records required by law
- Information for safety investigations
- Financial transaction records
Important
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Cancel any active subscriptions separately in Google Play.
- Deletion does not automatically process refunds.
