• Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund past payments.

How to Cancel

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find Gen-Z Social and tap Cancel

Refund Requests

For Google Play purchases:

• Request a refund through Google Play within 48 hours.
• After 48 hours, contact Google Play support.

We may consider refunds for:

• Technical issues preventing use of premium features
• Accidental purchases
• Unauthorized charges
• Billing errors

• Order ID or transaction number
• Purchase date
• Reason for refund

We respond within 5-7 business days.

Free Trials

• No charge during the trial period.
• Subscription begins automatically after trial unless cancelled.
• One free trial per user.
